Lacrosse has been more than just a sport to me; it has shaped my character and taught me resilience, teamwork, and leadership. Balancing the demands of academics and athletics has strengthened my time management and focus, helping me excel in both areas. From early morning practices to game days, I've learned the importance of hard work and perseverance.

As a Team Captain, I’ve mentored younger players, fostering unity and accountability. The challenges I've faced on the field mirror those in the classroom, pushing me to approach both with discipline and determination. Moving forward, I’m eager to bring the lessons learned through lacrosse into my academic and personal endeavors.
