Ever since I began playing sports from a young age, I have just had the focus and drive to work hard. My dad tells me the story of when I was playing T-ball; while most of the other kids were kicking the dirt, chasing bugs, and staring off, I was in my athletic position and focused on the play and listening attentively to my coach. And this is who I am, I am a hard-working, coachable athlete who is a team player and will do what is asked of me to help my team. I am not so much concerned about personal accolades but about winning, by doing my part to help my team achieve championships!
I love lacrosse and the competitiveness and physicality of the sport. I am a team player that you want on your team. I honestly am not sure where the sport will take me but I am driven to just make myself better, put in the work necessary to get there, to play the sport I love, and do what it takes to help my team be successful.
I am a polite, funny, honest, and empathetic person who has been raised with solid values, morals, and discipline. I prioritize my academics more than athletics because I know sports don't last forever so I need to have a solid education to rely on in the long run. I want to earn a solid college education as well as compete with a solid lacrosse program, that is important to me.
I have no doubt that I will be a positive attribute to your team, I just need the change to prove it.
Thank you
