I started rowing the beginning of my sophomore year after Covid was finally lifted. My primary sports before that were swimming, lacrosse, mountain biking and football. I instantly got hooked when I first rowed. Being on the water, being on a team and working toward our goals was exhilarating. I trained and improved both physically and mentally. That year, my team and I were able to make it to the Youth Nationals which was such a great experience and motivation for me to become even better. I've been working towards achieving my PR and helping my team and club become faster. I also contribute to my community through EMT and Ski Patrol volunteering. I am willing to take on any challenge.
