My name is Rohan Kannan. I am a Heavyweight Rower graduating in 2024. Ever since I was young, I watched sweep boats row down the river next to my house in fascination. I was raised in Singapore - a country where rowing and racing is a huge part of the culture. In 2021, I moved to the United States and immediately picked up the opportunity to row for my county and school. I fell in love with it instantly, and picked up the competitive aspect of the sport. I am fully committed to fulfilling my potential. Whether it's showing up for a 2k at 5am, erging for hours late into the night, or teaching new rowers in our learn-to-row programs, I am there.
