James Griffin '25 Recruiting Profile

This Fall, I dove head first into Rowing with Texas Rowing Center (TRC) after a brief experience as a novice rower in middle school. I am completely sold and want to take it to the next level and row as a college athlete. I have consistently made the 1V boat since being on the Varsity Men’s team and have been blessed with the dedication and camaraderie with the men on the team. 

I  have been told my main strengths are discipline, endurance and strength. I am thrilled to have found the sport where I can utilize my attributes and grow as an athlete. I am coachable, respectful and thrive under rigorous training. Every day of practice, I strive to become better and improve to benefit the team. Thank you for your consideration.
