Brayden Mortensen '27 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was 5 years old. I have always enjoyed playing and have not missed a year since I started. Once I realized how competitive soccer can be, I immediately knew that I wanted to play in college and possibly more.

I am a hard working player who works well with others and can take charge if needed. As a goal keeper, I can lead the defensive line and communicate what I see so we can stop the attack. As a mid-fielder, I try to be involved in the play as much as possible. When the ball is in my defensive end, I aggressively attempt to clear the ball. When the ball is my attacking end, I try to get into the right position to either take a shot or pass the ball to someone who has a better opportunity. 

I am hoping to find the right team to make them just as successful as they make me. I look forward to any and all opportunities to learn from fellow players and coaches that can help me expand my skills.
