Joey Reynolds Hig...Personal Statement
I am Joey Reynolds, a 17 year old soccer player from Tucson, Arizona. I am currently the captain of CDO 03 Boys Gold team and was a captain during the 2018-2019 season. I formerly played for RSL-AZ Southern Arizona 03 boys Haouala during the 2019-2020 season, who competes and National League and have won the last 3 state championships. I prefer to play as a defensive midfielder but also enjoy playing center back and outside back. I have a very committed mindset towards everything I do, from coaching and training to my academics.
I was previously an assistant coach for the CDO 07 Boys Gold team and have my grassroots coaching license; I am planning to get my D license when I turn 18. I was previously a coach for the Player Development Program with CDO, in which I coached children from the ages of 3-7.
I have a 3.8 unweighted GPA and a 4.1 weighted. I am also a member of the Nation Honor Society at my high school. I enjoy challenging myself on and off the field.
