My driven mindset while striving to be the best in whatever I do, applies to both my academic and athletic goals.  I have a strong understanding of what I can control as an individual, which is hard work and being present. My work ethic, attitude, and coachability provides the foundation for my success.  I strive tirelessly to exemplify hard work and respect, earning the trust of my team. My forward progress is achieved through continuous development by reviewing weekly games and encouraging feedback from coaches and teammates alike.  

While displaying the physical attributes to play the game at the highest level, I believe my technical abilities, vision of the field, and combined tactical awareness without the ball set me apart with a high soccer IQ.  I am able to get out of tight spaces, recognize transitional moments, attacking quickly to outnumber the opponents in the offensive 3rd. I recognizing moments where we need to possess the ball and allow the play to develop.

As displayed by the courses I have taken to date and my current GPA of 4.41, I strive to compete at the top level and excel.  The IB Diploma program at my school is the most rigorous academic program available.  As stated, I incorporate the attributes mentioned above, both on and off the field.  Learning from my mistakes, making time for myself, and reflecting on the material combined, contributes to my academic success.
