Andrew Day '25 Recruiting Profile

I have a passion for the sport since I watched my sister play when i was born sitting in a car seat and have had it snice I was 4-years old. I can't get it out of my system, Soccer is literally my life. I love it so much that I learned to play another sport - Football to gain another skill, I am the Varsity Kicker / Punter at my High School as a Freshman. I am born leader - Captain last year of my High School team. I feel collaboration is very important with my team, coaches and teachers. I was voted MVP last year and now am playing 1st string Varsity for my high school.

I’m a hardworking student-athlete that demonstrates a good work ethic on the field and off the field. I have a strong faith and family values, I am learning to lead from the front and not be afraid to stand up for who and what I believe in as well keep things in perspective by having a good sport, school, family balance. I try to put God and People first and think of others before myself.  

I’m very athletic I have played many sports which include the ability to train at high intensity for an extended period of time, I also have an outgoing personality with good social and communication skills so I can communicate what I need, see and hear while playing on the field. I am very passionate about any sports I play. I never let the fire inside of me die out I always want to train and put in the extra effort to become better because I believe I can become better at what I do whether that be in academics or athletics. When it comes to comes to the game It is not about me Scoring or always Winning the game, what is more important is mastering the skill and the overall Play of the game and the team.
