Hi,

My name is Cesar Daniel Mena. I am a United States citizen who is temporarily living abroad in Mexico due to COVID. I have played soccer competitively in the US since the age of 8 and continue do so in Mexico. I have been apart of third division teams in my time living in mexico. My dream is to become a D-1 athlete while studying and completing my degree in the US.
