I assume many candidates will say they are passionate about playing soccer and they have played the sport since they were young children. Even though, I am the same as those candidates I feel I am a little different. I am the son of a 22-year career U.S. Navy veteran and being a military family required us to move every 3 to 4 years around the country. I personally have lived in six different states and attended nine different schools. This has forced me to learn how to adapt to my surroundings and learn about many cultures. It also gave me the unique advantage of learning about different styles of play and academics unique to those specific areas, schools, clubs, teachers, and coaches. As a soccer player, I always would start on the third team and work my way to the top team usually within a year of arriving at the club. As a student, I would have to adapt to different academic systems of teaching, which at times were difficult but I always managed to adapt. I believe this exposure on top of the love my family and I carry for the sport will allow me to work well with teammates and coaches. I know how to listen on the sidelines, so I can be a leader on the field. I learn from my mistakes and help others avoid my mistakes. Please contact me if you are interested in a player that will bring years of dedication and ability to learn your style.
