- Was the only 8th grader in a camp for juniors and seniors in high school. Received an evaluation from a college coach that included the following: "Grayson was great to work with at camp. For being a 2026, he showed a lot of potential and grittiness to play against the older guys. It is still early for him and it is hard to project what he can become but he is a solid player that if he continues on the pathway he's on, can likely play at the next level." Feedback from his evaluation included: Confidence - Great confidence, didn’t shy away when challenged at camp and played with a sense of urgency. Endurance - Great work rate throughout camp. Showed endurance that helped effectiveness, especially late. Defensive Awareness - Understands team defensive schemes, shows understanding of positioning and angles. Defending - Aggressive as a defender. Good footwork and positioning, and seems to enjoy the 1v1 battles. Passing - Creates opportunities for teammates with accurate passes. Rarely over or under hits the ball.
