Personal Info:

I was born in Japan and moved to the U.S with my single mother at the age of 15. Not knowing any English, I found life in the U.S challenging, in and out of school. Using my social skills, I was able to adapt and learn English very quickly. I chose to associate with native-speaking kids which helped me understand American culture.  I started playing soccer when I was 5 years old and showed natural ability. I had always been the best player on the team. I was one of the few Sophomores to start on the Varsity team which went on to win the FCIAC Championship. Also, I’ve played on two Academy teams: Everton FC Westchester Academy U14 (2015) and Beachside SC Academy U19 (2017).
