Throughout my sports career, I have discovered a profound passion for competition and personal growth. I have always strived to push my limits, and achieve milestones that seem impossible. I have been playing soccer since the age of 5 and with this sport, I have seen my competitiveness and personal growth develop tremendously over the years. Though I have been playing soccer since I could walk, I know that I can improve on the field as well as in my developmental understanding of the game. I am best utilized as an attacking midfielder as well as a forward. In my first year of high school sports, I played on the varsity soccer team as a starter and led my team in goals scored. This year, I was captain and again, led my team in goals scored. I currently play for Kona Crush Soccer Academy in the U19 division. We won the Big Island HYSA U19 division for the fall season. In addition to soccer, I have been cross training in swimming, track, judo (current yonkyu rank), and competitive powerlifting (state/national/world record holder) over the years. Most importantly I am a student-athlete. I'm in my junior year at Konawaena High School and will proudly graduate with the class of 2025. I am currently at a 3.0 GPA and have completed a few college courses already and enrolled in a few more this school year as well as an AP class. I understand the importance of education and I embrace the challenges of being a student-athlete. I am a respectful, driven, hard working student athlete. I reflect daily on how I can become a better son, brother, student, athlete, and person. I look forward to the next phase of my life and am open to the opportunities that will come.
