Kamran Siddiqi '14 Recruiting Profile

I have worked hard at Macomb High School and am prepared for a college that will challenge me both scholastically and athletically. Ideally, I would like to be at a medium to larger-sized school with a great "college town" atmosphere. I am willing to due whatever it takes to play at the next level as soccer is my passion and am open to any opportunity that beckons.

Here are 5 key points that I'm focusing on during my college review process:

1. Being from Illinois, I am primarily interested in schools in the Midwest especially in Illinois. However, I am always open to explore other options.

2. I would like to go to a program where I would be able to make contributions early on in my career. However this is just my preference and as I stated before soccer is my passion and I refuse to turn down any opportunity. The thought of playing at the next level whatever level that may be excites me.

3. I am quietly confident in my abilities and pride myself on my work ethic! I will give you my all no matter what!

4. I am a skilled player but first and foremost a team player because nobody is more important than the team!

5. Financial assistance, while not a huge factor, is still very important to me and my family.
