Samuel Allaire '25 Recruiting Profile

Being a student-athlete has always been second nature to me. My favorite subject has always been history and I received my junior high school's top history award.  Since I was a kid, I loved reading biographies of my favorite sports heroes and reciting famous plays and stats.  I played on both club and school teams for baseball, basketball, and soccer and was selected as an all-star in these three sports. Coaches have recognized my hard-working attitude, versatility, and team-oriented leadership.

Soccer though has been my favorite sport. I have played soccer since I was 9 years old. As soon as I started kicking a soccer ball, I fell in love with it. It has become a very important part of my life and has helped me build confidence and character. I have been able to balance school and soccer and have excelled in both soccer and life. This year, as a freshman, I was able to obtain a 4.0 GPA while I played for the JV team at my high school, and as a starter for the OPRF Alliance club team. My goal for the future is to continue on this path of getting a top education while growing as a soccer player and playing at the collegiate level.
