Author Steven Covey says that, “Trust is the glue of life….it is the foundational principle that holds all relationships”. My parents trust me to make good life decisions and to study. My coaches trust me to work hard on the technical and mental aspects of soccer both at training and on my own time. My teammates trust me with the ball, off the ball and that I leave my best effort on the pitch. I trust myself to make the right choices that have led me to become a dedicated student, an effective, technically sound playmaker, and most importantly, a person of high character.
I don’t know what the future holds for me but I am excited to begin my next chapter as a high performing collegiate student-athlete. I am looking for a school that I trust will prepare me well for a career in marketing and for a soccer program that plays at a high level (I love playing soccer and I’ll begin my marketing career only after the game takes my kit from me…hopefully a long, long time from now). I am looking for trustworthy teammates and to play for a a coach who I can trust to help my teammates and me continue our development in becoming the best people, team and players we can be. I am committed to that goal.
Coach, If this makes sense to you, we should connect.
