Ben Richardson '17 Recruiting Profile

My favourite moment as a student so far was found In my Sophomore year in high school when my age group in school won our first trophy after being behind at half time.  I helped captain my team to the win with two goals and an assist in a 3-1 win against our rivals.  I learnt a lot during that game about what it takes to lead by example to my teammates and help them to refocus as well as motivating myself to perform to the best of my ability.

This past season in my senior year I have learnt a lot also.  This has been due to transferring to another school.  I have learnt how to play different styles of play depending on situations which I find myself in whilst being in a far more challenging division.  I believe that I can fit into any side as I have the ability to learn quickly and always feel motivated to perform at the highest of my ability.  I aim to make an instant impact in your side and maintain a strong starting position throughout my stay at the college.  I'm a very versatile player and can play across the backline and also in the centre of midfield.  Academics are also very important to me as I always want to achieve the best I can in all walks of life.
