David O'Donoghue '22 Recruiting Profile

I'm a motivated goalkeeper with a wealth of competitive experience and training. I am tall, agile with great shot stopping, excellent distribution and I command my area on the pitch. I always strive to play at the highest level possible and have achieved this playing in the academy leagues in Ireland. I have faced players that have are international prospects and I have performed against the top academy teams producing these talents in Ireland. My latest team played in the Northern Ireland U20 Academy League. I want to contribute to a college programme and give my all while improving myself and achieving high grades. I was recently on a select FAI Player Development Course where I live a student athlete lifestyle in which  I enjoy the workload everyday and always hand in my assignments on time. I hope I can apply myself to a great college programme and make an impact on the team and win as much as possible.
