Alessandro Scimia '24 Recruiting Profile

I was born in New Zealand to a Kiwi mother and an Italian father.  I have 2 brothers 24 and 27.  When my middle brother was 7 we transferred to Italy for him to pursue a soccer career.  He payed his junior years in Siena, Roma AC and Pescara and played in Seria C and D.  I have played soccer since I was 5 years old and am currently playing for the Juniors Regionale Abbruzzo (Girone A) (L'Aquila Calico).  I am the top goal scorer for my team (11 goals to date).  I love soccer with a passion but am also committed to my studies  (currently attending Liceo Scientific with Latin in L'Aquila and get above average grades).  I would love to play at a university level in America and am sure I could contribute part of my Kiwi and Italian heritage to a team
