People may have more skills than me, but they will never outwork me. This belief runs deep and will always be my number one rule for as long as my career lasts.  I always respect my peers, as they are considered family to me.  I plan to lead my soccer family  into the future,  one step at a time for as long as it takes.  Every decision I make, on or off the field, will affect the end result.
