Leadership, this is a want for every team. They don't only want it on the field. They look for guys that can lead off the field too! Hardworking and coach-able, two key aspects that separate the average from the amazing! I do not want my college experience to be solely on athletics. As I see it I am going to work! If that work on the field takes me somewhere than great, but the work in the classroom needs to be there to go back to if sports do not work out!
