I was adopted from Colombia five years ago and have been living in Kentucky with my parents since then. I have been playing soccer since I was five years old. In Colombia I didn't have an opportunity to play at school or on clubs but when I moved to Kentucky I started playing on the middle school team. I learned how to play on a team and that your team is like a family. If you make a mistake, your teammates will help you, which means a lot to me. I started playing on the high school team in 8th grade and have been playing on the varsity team since 10th grade. I started playing club soccer in 2022. My goal is to get a business degree and play soccer in college. I'm good at following directions and a supportive teammate. I can change from one position to another successfully. I am still learning to read and write in English but have been working hard to keep my grades up.
