My goal is to play college soccer while pursuing an education at an academically selective university. I have played soccer nearly my whole life. Soccer is not a major sport in Louisiana. MLS Next and ECNL leagues are not accessible to me in New Orleans. However, I am a center midfielder and currently play for my high school team and with a collegiate development training program, City Soccer. Through this program I participate in nightly training sessions and compete in various mens’ leagues throughout the city. This program allows me to train more, develop advanced tactical skills, and and play at a more competitive level. Prior to that, I played club soccer for eight years with the New Orleans Spartans FC and served as team captain for four years. I have also played on Louisiana's ODP team. I am a junior and the starting midfielder for the Willow School, a highly rated academic charter school. We have won two state championships in the last two years and are fighting for more. I was selected to the First Team All District for 2024/2025.
I am not only dedicated to soccer but also to school. I balance a heavy course load of AP and honors classes with daily soccer training. My hard work in the classroom has earned me a spot in the National Honor Society. I maintain a 4.0 GPA and in March of 2025 I scored a 34 on the ACT. Learning, competing, and leading are important traits that have taught me to be the person I am today. I look forward to finding a great college for me to compete on the field and pursue my academic goals for my future.
