I am a driven, dependable, coachable, passionate team player who has played multiple positions. I am exceptionally fast and have the stamina to play a high-powered game. My precise passing ability and spatial awareness make me an asset for my team. Playing soccer in Germany (trained with Bundesliga team, SC Freiburg (U17), Germany) and Vietnam has taught me different styles of play and team dynamics of players and coaches from various socio-economic backgrounds and countries.
I am class of 2026 at Walt Whitman High School, Bethesda, Maryland who has a 4.0 GPA (unweighted). During the 2023 high school season, I continue to be a starter on the varsity team (and was the only freshman starter in 2022 season) and played CAM, striker, RCB and RWB. We won the Regional Championship and were State semifinalist for the 2023 season. My explosive acceleration and speed creates space and opportunities for my team to score. My physical toughness makes me a highly effective defender. Last year, I played RWB and CB for Potomac ECNL (U17). This 2024-2025 season I will be playing with the SYC MLS Next U19 team.
In Vietnam, I was captain on an international soccer team that played in the Hanoi Youth Football League (HYFL). Although my core passion is soccer, I am also a dual athlete as I swim competitively at the regional level. I have qualified for the Junior Olympics, Eastern Zones, PVS SC Senior Championships and MCSL All-Star meets. This has benefited my soccer performance by building endurance, muscular strength and improving my breathing.
