Gage Vehr '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gage Vehr and I am a senior at Springfield Catholic High School in Springfield, MO.

As a 4-year starter and current Captain, I earned my spot due to my soccer IQ, technical skills, and competitive nature. I have won both Co-Offensive Player of the Year and Co-Defensive Player of the Year, reflecting my ability to play any position. I am the first to arrive at the field and last to leave. I am always looking to improve my skills at every aspect of the game. Nothing is given and everything is earned.  I apply this mantra on and off the field. My academics, my soccer, my family, my morals and reputation are the most important things for me. I want to be known as an excellent teammate, student, and person who led by example and left things better than before.
