Fredrik Karlsen '23 Recruiting Profile

Since childhood, I have had a desire and passion for soccer. After primary school in 2016, at age 13, I moved to Spain to follow my dream to be a professional player. I joined Kaptiva Sports Academy, which has a residence program with the European International School of Barcelona. I followed this program for three years until the summer of 2019. After that, I stayed in Barcelona and joined the club CE Mercantil in Sabadell. When COVID hit the world, I returned to Norway and joined my childhood club, Loddefjord. I live in Spain for the momen.

I have always looked for new ways to improve my skills and develop as a player and person. Hard work, passion, and a strong mentality have brought me to where I am today.

You will get an athlete who is committed to the program and brings experience. I have played all over the pitch, I can play many positions, but I love the midfield!

I graduate in 2023. Due to several reasons I stayed in Spain and have finished my first year of a BA in International Business (Hons).
