William Manix '25 Recruiting Profile

I attend Exeter High School (June 2025 Graduation)  in Exeter, NH and play for both my high school team and Seacoast United Soccer Club out of Bedford, NH. I take pride in the work I do in the classroom and on the soccer pitch.

I take advanced placement and honors courses.  I have worked extremely hard and enjoyed the challenge of college-level work.  I have already passed multiple AP exams which will earn college credit.  I believe these classes and the necessary commitment will help as I transition from a high school student to a college student. 

On the soccer pitch, I am a left footed attacking player with pace.  My high school head coach, Dan Curran,  was recently quoted in our local paper and said the following, “He deserves the season he’s having so far, and it is a testament to all the hard work he has put in to be ready for this year.  He has more than filled our greatest need coming into the season, a reliable goal scorer and playmaker.”  I’d say my biggest strength is versatility. I have been deployed as a striker, second striker, attacking midfielder, and right wing. My high school team (D1 NHIAA) finished undefeated and D1 State Champs at 17-0-3.  We were also voted the #1 team in New England by the Unuted Soccer Coaches Poll (https://unitedsoccercoaches.org/rankings/high-school-rankings/boys-fall-region-i/ ).  I was New Hampshire’s D1 leading goal scorer with 23 goals including 7 in 4 playoff games. I was selected 1^st Team All-State.
