Personal Statement
I have been playing soccer for as long as I can remember. As I have gotten older my love for the game has become greater and the level at which I play has increased. I went from scoring a hat trick on my 5th birthday on a town rec team to being a 3-year varsity veteran on my high school team and being elected captain for my senior year. For many years soccer has taken up most of my time outside of school as I would always be going from one practice to another wanting to just keep playing soccer.
Whenever I play soccer I push myself to be the best player I can be as well as pushing the people around me to be the best they can be. I always put the team before myself and do what it takes to make the team, myself, and others better. I have dreamt for many years of being a professional soccer player and scoring in some of the biggest stadiums in the world. With this dream in mind, I hope to be able to continue to play soccer at a competitive level for as long as possible.
