Akasha Raddalgoda '21 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Akasha Raddalgoda and I am a Sophomore at North Hunterdon High school.  Attending a rigorous school that can challenge my intellect and push me to the highest athletic ability I can offer is a dream of mine that I will stop at nothing to obtain.  I am indefatigable in my work ethic, and I always strive to improve my level of play. I am competitive, a leader, and technical on the ball. In all my time playing soccer I have been given many challenges and obstacles that was vital to overcome. Now as I prepare myself for the journey I have ahead, I can only see that new chapter in my life having soccer and school as the two biggest parts. 

No matter what I do, I try to give it my all and do the best work possible. My peers have also noticed this about me as I have been voted in and appointed captain of my previous club and high school teams. Having this leadership role was something I am never going to forget and a period in my life which I think defines me.  I believe hard work beats everything which is exactly the mentality I am going to bring to any program I take part in.
