Jake Padula '18 Recruiting Profile

I began playing soccer and baseball at a very young age and continued at club levels in both. I had to choose one sport due to time and commitment and chose soccer. I have played many different positions but found my self to be a extremely defensive minded player. I have played midfield, defense, and ultimately in goal due to times of necessity and my passion for the position. I have been privileged to play as a 3 year varsity starter at Clifton High School, gaining much time as a sophomore and junior in goal. Due to my strength in leadership I was chosen as captain my junior year. This past year I was named First Team All League, First Team All County, and All State. I have played for various clubs these past few years at higher priemier and elite level teams. I have spent numerous valunteer hours coaching and reffing recreational soccer for the Boys and Girls Club of Clifton and Clifton Stallions S.C. I aspire to play soccer at the collegiate level. If you accept me to play for your team you will not be disappointed in my level of commitment, discipline, leadership, and determination for the love of the game.
