Stephen Cammarota '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Stephen Cammarota, and I am into the second semester of my senior year (2022) at Haddon Heights High School in New Jersey where I have a 4.0 GPA. I am Interested in studying business finance & sports management and playing soccer in college.

I recently completed my final season with my club team at Washington Township United (WUSA) finishing first place in EPD Central Atlantic Division in spring 2021.  I scored 5 goals and had 2 assists in 13 league and tournament games.  I am playing for SJEB FC 03 Boys Academy (NL EDP) this fall 2022, My position is defensive Center Mid.  I have previously played at attacking mid, and center and outside back, and willing and capable of playing any position on the field.  I train twice a week with my club and a couple times a week by myself. My playing style is very aggressive on the defensive side of the ball and offensively I love creating chances for my teammates in front of the net, as well as creating scoring opportunities for myself from the midfield.  I am patient on the field and I like to play a 2 and 3 touch possession style   Recent video clips from Bethesda Premier Cup  are accessible from my profile page  

I want to play soccer at the next level because I love the sport. I don't think there will be a day in my life that is not in some way affected by soccer. Every day I wake up looking forward to going to club practice or just playing at the local field with some friends to improve my game. I may not be the smartest, fastest, strongest, or even most skilled player you will find, but I can assure you that you won't find many players that want to work as hard as I work to become an overall better soccer player.
