Gabe Ursic Jr '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gabe Ursic and I am going into my Junior year at St. Peter’s Prep in Jersey City, New Jersey. My position is Goalkeeper and currently play for (MLS NEXT)The Football Academy out of Florham Park, NJ. Soccer has been a major part of my life and I intend to play at the highest level. I am determined, passionate and a leader both on and off the field. As a goalkeeper, I continue to work at constant communication, distribution and composure while receiving proper technique training. In 2022, I was fortunate enough to be awarded "Save of the Year" by the New Jersey Youth Soccer Association. I continued to improve my skills by winning Red Bulls "Goalie Wars" two years in a row in 2023 and 2024. 

I have maintained a 3.8 GPA, have been Freshman for a Day Ambassador, and took part in being a tutor for the Higher Achievement Program at St.Peter's Prep. Last year, I was presented with the St.Peter's Prep MAGIS Award. The MAGIS Award was an accolade chosen by my peers for demonstrating leadership, commitment and dedication. 

I hope to reflect all of these accomplishments on and off the field in college as well.
