Soccer has been my passion since the age of three.  The soccer pitch is the one place I feel at my best and able to be my true self.  As a defender, I am able to utilize the leadership qualities I possess to help my team stay organized, calm and make quick decisions about the next steps needed to win the game.  One characteristics I have heard from all of my coaches is that I am coachable and respect the game as well as my teammates and coaching staff.  I am always looking to improve myself both academically and athletically by listening to the criticisms of my coaches and teachers and applying them to my next assignment.  My future goals and aspirations are to stay within sports either looking at the field of sports medicine or sports management.  Being able to play the sport I feel so passionate for while receiving an education to continue my passion as a career would be a dream come true.
