When I attend college, I want to pursue my interests in the medical field and hopefully become a chiropractor, physical therapist, or something else in the sports medicine field. While I can find the requirements for that career in almost any college, I would like to couple that learning experience with a competitive college soccer experience as well. To make sure I have that experience when I get to college, I have dedicated most of my life to academics and soccer. I have worked hard to get where I am today, and I will work hard to get to where I want to be, and I believe that is what will make me the best part of any college team. I was taught that there will always be someone better than you, but you can control whether or not there is someone that works harder than you; I do my best everyday to make sure there is no one that works harder than me. My coaches have recognized this attribute within me, and for the past three years I have been made the captain of my team. Furthermore, regardless of my work ethic, or role on the team, I can also benefit the actual team anywhere on the field with my experience playing defense, offense, and midfield at different points in my career. My favorite role is the #6 and I like to play simple and effective soccer, but I also enjoy getting physical on defense. With all this in mind I believe these things make me one of the best candidates for a collegiate level team, and I hope I get the opportunity to show that.
