Personal Statement
While I am only in 8th grade at this point I am already thinking ahead. I hope to be able to play either baseball or soccer in college. I currently play both sports year round. Playing soccer for 2 clubs now and travel baseball year round and Babe Ruth during the late spring into summer when all-stars take over. I have been the fastest lid on the field in both sports since i began to play. I have always played up in soccer so i could be challeged. I play right back for the first 5 years because i was our most agressive player and was able to take the ball up the field o break aways and still had the speed to come back and defend. I always marked the top forward on the other team. When I moved to striker I have led the team in scoring for the past 2 years. Bobby Smith, former NY Cosmo player was my first trainer and told my dad that i had a lot of potential. I was 6 then. In baseball I have been labled as a 5 tool player. I have always led the team in both Homeruns and stolen bases. My batting coach has been Jerry Salzano and he told my told that I was the strongest kid he has ever trained. My 13 year old All-star coach said to me that we could put a stick in rightfield and a tree in left and with me in center he would feel like we still had the whole outfield covered.
