Darren Trinetto '23 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goal is a step towards my life-long goal: to become the best person I can be. My goal is to be mindful, be present, work hard, and make good choices every day as I strive to be the best version of myself possible. If there is a time that I am unsuccessful at completing a part of my goal, I need to learn from that  experience and use that towards achieving my goal of being the best version of myself possible. The character traits that I rely on to help me succeed are my excellent work ethic,  ability to overcome obstacles, willingness to change, and ability to not only accept “failure,” but adapt to it, learn from it, and use it to make me better. I work hard and I train hard. I have maintained a GPA over 4.0 while maintaining a rigorous daily training schedule to improve my craft. Soccer is my passion and academics provide me a road to my passion as well as intellectual growth to improve myself as a person and a player.
