I started playing soccer when I was 4 years old, in Ridgefield CT, and I have played club and for my school varsity team - John Jay High School, since freshman year. With each team, coach and group of players, I have learned more about myself and the game.
I have also been very fortunate to travel to train, play, watch and volunteer, in the UK, Europe and Africa, with other people who were also passionate about soccer like me. I have loved this experience and it has helped make soccer such an important part of my life.
For Spring 2021, I have been invited to intern at FIFA in Zurich, Switzerland where I hope to learn more about the business of soccer. I believe that this will help prepare and inspire me to really apply myself in my studies next fall.
Soccer is my passion. It’s the sport I am excited to play for my college and with my study of sports management, I hope to make soccer my career too.
