Alex Valencia '18 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I began my soccer career between the age of 6-7. I was never the greatest naturally born talented player. As a matter of fact, I was never born with the talent. But i was dedicated to improve myself year by year. And the improvements did occur. I now believe that my work rate became the #1 reason why I am a great soccer player. I managed to be personally invited to the academy team of a Colombian professional team, I managed to play in tournaments in Argentina, Italy, and my home country Colombia. Being a key player for the teams I traveled with. And of course, i do care about my education. As i hopefully one day not only make it to professional soccer but to be a professional sports physical therapist or athletic trainer.
