Jacob Anderson '25 Recruiting Profile

My ultimate goal is to play soccer at the highest level possible.  I’m looking for a school that will be the best at guiding me to achieve this goal.  I currently play and train year round with both my high school varsity soccer and track teams, as well as Syracuse FC minor league soccer club. I am a current member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and I am an active volunteer with the local youth soccer programs where I teach the kids fundamentals and share my passion and excitement for soccer.

I am very coachable and am always working to improve my skills and perfect my craft to make it to the next level.  I crave competitive environments, especially ones where I can learn from others and pick up new skills.  I am highly disciplined and motivated to achieve my full potential.  I am a team leader, and was voted as team captain by my peers this past season in my Sophomore year. I have proved to be a difference maker, standing out exceptionally on every team I play for. I have a high soccer IQ and offer positive motivation and excitement to my teammates, and truly love everything about the game of soccer.
