Christian Jamrozek '24 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Christian Jamrozek, I am 16 years old and interested in joining your club. I live in the East village of Manhattan. Currently I attend Millennium high school and play on the John Jay Varsity team (HS team).  I mainly play in the midfield ,a #6 or sometimes an #8. One of my strengths as a player is my overall field vision.   Which allows me to control the midfield and link up with our forwards.  One of my favorite plays during a game is a well timed through ball to our forwards.  I believe this is one of the most important parts of being in the middle, being able to spot and play a well timed through ball. Another one of my strengths as a player is my passion and dedication.  I'd like to think of myself as strong and able to step up for the team when it's needed. I am the type of player that doesn’t think there are 50-50 balls.  I am more than willing to throw my body into any kind of situation.  I believe that my physicality is something that will continue to translate as I move forward with soccer.  My preferred foot is my left but I am able to play confidently with both feet.  I have played for multiple clubs around NYC since I was a little boy.  Most recently I played for DUSC for 3 years and the last 2 years on John Jay High School Varsity team.

I am an extremely hard worker and given the opportunity I will be successful.  I believe with my skills and physicality I would be an asset for your team.
