Josiah Smith '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Josiah Smith, and I love playing soccer. I have been playing since I was 4 years old, and I look forward to playing through college. I play both wing and striker, but I prefer to play wing because I am more involved in the overall play.  I am very competitive, which results in me working hard to improve.  While I enjoy competing against others, I also compete against myself, which helps me strive to reach the next level.  I am quick to  learn new things and always open to get feedback on what skills I can improve.   Outside soccer, I enjoy hanging out with friends, spending time fishing and hiking, and participating in our school's service club and Spanish club.  I have a part-time job in the food service industry, and I have an interest in real estate.
