Bryce Meredith '19 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was 8 years old, and I have captained every team I have played for. I take pride in leading my team to victory and being a silent leader as well, by setting good examples for my team mates. I have recently been able to lead my team to a few state cup semi finals and we hope to win states this year. Being a captain has helped me to develop my leadership skills from a traditional out front leader into an authentic leader within. Instead of telling everyone where to go and what to do, I am able to support my team mates and turn each one of them into a leader themselves.

I played striker for the first few years of playing soccer, but have moved to a central midfield position and can also play center back. I am tall and left footed, which gives me an advantage on the field over other players. I am looking to play soccer in college while getting a top quality education, so I am able to excel in the classroom and on the soccer field.
