Jacob Lewis '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jacob T. Lewis, I have been playing soccer since third grade! I love the sport! It is the greatest game ever and the coolest sport, afterall the whole world plays it. I played forward mostly when I was younger and pretty good at putting the ball in the net, Dad taught me to be in the right place at the right time. However, during high school I have been playing denfense. This is because it was where I was needed, and since I was so good at it I have been back there every since. I would like to play up but the team really needs me in defense. I have played Varsity for all 4 years years  and am 1 of 2 Captains of the team. I still play on Recreation team in the spring as well as doing Varsity Track. I am an excellent student,taking all honors and Ap classes and also I enjoy JROTC and serve as Battalion Commander my senior year. I would be interested in a military college, but it isnt my only choice. I would like a college in the Southeastern United States and my family has some financial need. Undecided on a major now,but interested in engineering.It would be the fulfillment of my childhood goal play soccer in college!
