Anthony Calleri '21 Recruiting Profile

Succeeding in the classroom has always been very important to me. I am an extremely strong student, who is focused, eager, and competitive which helps me stand out on the soccer field. As a junior, this is my  6th year playing Development Academy soccer for the Internationals in Cleveland, Ohio. I am a defensive player that likes to get involved in the offense too.  Most of my time is played as an outside back, but I have been played as an outside mid as well.  I see the field well, and my speed and dribbling skills help me beat guys in one-on-one situations and get a cross off.   I am a very physical player (hockey helped with this).  Although soccer is my sport of choice, I am a multi-sport athlete excelling in hockey, swimming, and track.
