Nathan Schlessinger '22 Recruiting Profile

Since I started playing soccer, from Youth Travel to my Club teams and then the ODP National Team, I have known that I wanted to compete as a collegiate soccer player.  I understand that I must be willing to do whatever is necessary during matches, in training and in school to make myself the best student-athlete I can be.  I can accomplish this by always being competitive and a hard worker, respectful to my teachers and coaches and being a leader to my teammates and friends.  My natural position is as a forward but I feel that my ability to play proficiently as a defender allows me to see and think the game in a way many of my peers cannot.  I try to use this to my advantage any time I can.   I look forward to finding the college that best fits my academic and athletic goals.
