Beckett Strachan '22 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I played my first game at the age of 5, soccer has been my main obsession. From hearing stories of my aunt's and uncle's times on collegiate soccer teams, playing college soccer has been on my mind since an early age. 

As an athlete, I take pride in putting in extra work and trying to better my game everyday. I am known amongst my coaches and teammates for being a tireless worker, supportive teammate, and a leader. Also, my positional versatility adds a great advantage as I am willing and able to play the role my teams need me to play. Sports have been a great way fuel my competitive nature and challenge myself throughout my life. 

In the classroom, my drive to be the best I can be is also prevalent as academics are very important to me. Maintaining a high GPA in all honors and AP classes is something I am proud of and would love to maintain.

All in all, soccer is the game I love and it is my goal to play it as long as I possibly can.
