Alessio Scanapieco '24 Recruiting Profile

Class of 2024 currently with a 4.0 GPA.  Looking forward to attending a school with strong athletic programs, while also offering a wide range of high level academic programs. I have been playing soccer since the age of 3 and I still find the soccer field my favorite place to be. I started playing club soccer at the highest level at the age of 7. In 2019 I had the opportunity to play national competition in Denver, Colorado with my U14 team. Having graduated from a private middle school I was faced with the decision of where to attend high school. My local high school and neighboring high schools were D3 and I felt they didn't provide me the challenge I was looking for. Therefore, I made the decision to choose LaSalle Academy, a D1 school over an hour away from my house. Since day one I have felt a strong connection to my teammates and used their support to put 100% on the field. I look forward to being a part of this type of environment in the 4 years following high school.
