Max Letchworth '23 Recruiting Profile

Integrity and commitment are values that have been instilled in me by my family and are reflected in my life both on and off the soccer field. From my first days on the pitch at three years old, my parents always expected me to give my best and see things through. This philosophy is reflected both in the classroom and on the field. Currently, I am completing coursework at the honors level and work hard to keep my GPA above 4.0.  I have been in club soccer for over nine years. I have played with South Carolina United and then moved to Lexington Soccer Academy a few years ago. At LSA, I am on the Gold team and have competed in National league as well as Premier 1 and 2. I played junior varsity for Lugoff Elgin High School in seventh and eighth grade. Now, as a sophomore, I am proud to make the varsity squad again and keep my position as a starter.  My commitment to excellence and character has paid off. 

I am now looking to take my education and game to the next level.  I am ready to join a team where there is a commitment to excellence and hard work is respected. I am a good listener and I can take instruction as well as able to lead. Academically, I am looking to earn a degree in business and marketing. I plan upon graduation to take my education and sports knowledge and combine them to work in the sports marketing field.
