George Landa '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is George landa, I’m 17 years old and I’ve been playing soccer most of my life. My goal is to play soccer for a pro soccer club. I started playing for my school soccer team last year as a sophomore, I made the jv team, I was playing midfielder for preseason but then my coach decided to play me forward during the season. In the first season game I was on bench and the score was 0-0, when coach placed me in, I gave an assist for my teammate and he opened the score, that same game I scored the 3rd goal. I feel like I’m different because not anyone can motivate their team to comeback from a 3-0 score, and that’s what i did against kimball by scoring the first goal and giving us hope. I’m a good candidate because I never give up on a game, I’ve always believed that that game is never decided until the referee blows the final whistle.
